Bill & Belinda O'Brien

Bill and Belinda O'Brien have been the owners of Ultimate Hair since 1983. They have devoted their lives to ensuring customer satisfaction. Bill runs the shop with a gentle hand, not only taking care of his clients by keeping cold beverages, snacks and cable television on hand, but also treating his staff like family to ensure minimum turn over so that you (the client) can keep your stylist for a long time which will keep your hair consistant. He addresses customer concerns promptly and fairly which keeps a smile on the client's face. He's been known to crack a joke every now and then.

Belinda has over 30 years of experience in this industry, and if knowledge is power.....this woman has made "Ultimate Hair" an empire. She has traveled all over the United States, not only standing behind the chair, but also up on the platform. Belinda has had clients on the big screen and under bright lights, every client is treated like a celebrity in her chair. This woman has great passion for what she does, and it shows in her work. She has passed her knowledge onto her staff, and in a world where mediocrity has become the norm, it is not in her vocabulary. Belinda demands the best from herself and her staff, because that is what the client deserves.

 

 

Kerri Nokes - Office Manager/Sales Consultant

Kerri has over 30 years of customer service experience, and has spent the last 12 years at Ultimate Hair, where her main focus is on the client. She goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure customer satisfaction. In an industry where some companies see the clients as a number, Kerri takes special care to treat each client as an individual. She is an expert in customizing hair replacements, so rest assured that when designing and ordering your hair from Kerri, it will look like you grew it out of your head....which is what we are here for!!

 

 

Toni Marotta

A graduate from the world renowned "Leon's Studio One of Hair Design" in New York, Toni has over 10 years experience. She excels in hair cutting using percision and pivot point techniques, and makes it a point to keep up with all of the current trends in hair design. She is a certified color specialist in three different color lines, and is certified in many methods of hair extensions. About 5 years ago she's taken not only Nashville, but the hair replacement industry by storm. Toni recently joined the team at "Ultimate Hair", where she continues to change people's life every day. After all looking good is feeling good, and this stylist wants you to look good and feel GREAT!!

 

 

Michele Masser

Michele has been apart of the "Ultimate Hair" team for over 5 years. She specializes in both classic and current hair cutting techniques and color correction. When it comes to hair replacement she is a master at her craft. In addition to being a talented hair stylist, she has mentored many new stylists and assist in their future success. Her patience and kindness is not only refleted in her work, but also in her sweet disposition with each of her clients.

 

 

 

Brittany Wing

With 7 years of experience in an industry that changes daily, this stylist can do it all. Brittany excels in all areas of hair design including but not limited to hair cutting, color, various types of hair replacement and hair extensions. Brittany makes each client feel like her only priority, and believes anything less than perfection is simply unacceptable. She is happy to join the "Utimate Hair" team and looks forward to welcoming you into the family.
